**Q: What’s the underwater weight?**
A: They were to light weight to do much good as an exerciser. I went back to the barbells.

**Q: How do they compare in resistance to webbed gloves?**
A: I never used the webbed gloves but I love these

**Q: what is the resistance? compared to a barbell? light or medium?**
A: Very light but with some resistance - I normally use for warm up or cooling off...but I love them since I still have some resistance.

**Q: Could these be used by slipping your toes thru slot for resistance when doing leg lifts?**
A: my toes fit thru the space but i am pretty sure it will soon slip off, which will be really annoying.  some sort of swim sock could work. i bought some cheapies because i have bad arthritis in my feet and i wanted them to stop my toes moving about.  it worked.  i also discovered that they fill full of water and become weights.  these are probably the deluxe version.  mine were cheap as chips.  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017OFQNMM?psc=1

I use these for my water aroabics and find them better than the dumb bell floats as I suffer from rotator cuff and find them light to use in the water
