I was intrigued and took the plunge to get these!The package is catchy and convenient, and some recommendations about consumption levels exist. I have my children at weekends, so it seemed like the best time to put them to the test!What can I say? They tasted lovely, a spearmint-type taste that lasts a long time. They are bigger than the normal Wrigley's Extra, almost the size of 2, which is the amount I prefer in my mouth at any one time.The flavour goes on and on, and there are no signs (in the taste) of whatever the active ingredients are, which is great!I usually find having all three children, going crazy, and hard work, I often get stressed and headaches, but taking these, helped keep me on an even keel..Whatever theory you want to use as to why I couldn't care less.. I did find these helped but sometimes it helped me to crack on with my work and not get as distracted (ADHD) and other times I feel a bit mellowed out so, I think it's doing something.What I wasn't a fan of war the gum texture which felt like it changed quite quickly. I felt it became liquofied and sticky really quickly but I forgot to check the time.
