Hench Pro Hi-Calorie Mass Gainer 4kg - Chocolate

I've always been pretty skinny, and wanted to put some weight on, this has been the extra boost I needed and has been working.I've been taking half a serving of this per day, the reason for half is that it suggests 300ml of milk + 2 scoops which is just way too thick, so I've been having 500ml milk and 2 scoops which fills my 600ml bottle to the top. Personally couldn't have any more a day it's just a bit much.I started on this half serving per day on the 17th February, now 28th March and I have about a week left, that'll give you ideas how long it lasts. (half serving 2 scoops/day - 6-7 weeks)Highly recommend a blender, I can't see this shake especially at 300ml milk being easily mixed in a shaker. Also recommend ice, a few cubes of ice blended up just for the coldness makes it so much more tolerable to drink, it's OK anyway but being cold made it a bit enjoyable for me.I've been putting on around ½ - 1 lb a week, but of course that almost certainly won't be the same for anyone else, all I can say is I am seeing benefits to barely any change to my eating habits.

This is my second purchase for my Husband. He has always been small and struggled to put on weight, so I did my research and found this protein powder. This stuff works!! He bought his first one in October, it ran out end of Nov, he had put on 4 pounds in 2 months, that is a lot for him! he re purchased in Jan, he has now put on a total of 11 pounds!! He loves the chocolate!

Great seller great product. The Hench team actually text you on your mobile to keep you up to date of the delivery status so you know when your item will be arriving.Like many others recommended, I use 2 servings with water and I find that the texture is great. I couldn't down it if I replace water with whole milk like the instructions suggested, it turns out too thick. Only 2 weeks...I've already gained 4kgs (4 scoops per day), I'm not sure if it's fast enough. I only use this as an additional calories booster and not as a replacement for meal.Will be looking to order again soon.

This product was brought by mistake as my girl pressed by now like a fool when i show her the difference between this and usn mass gainer.. for sure it was good to start with i was putting on weight almost hit 13stone then my body just kept rejecting the shake. I was having 2 scoops 300ml of water(chocolate) still got like half a tub left which i refuse to touch now as dont wanna be on the toilet for ages

I ordered this in the evening, it arrived the next day just after lunch time. I got the chocolate flavour. It's really tasty and as good as any milkshake you can get. It's very thick, I'd recommend using a blender but a shaker cup works good enough. Iv been using it a couple of days now so can't yet comment on its results .it's very filling at first but you soon get used to it.

This product although, tasted very good, when using for 6 weeks, with training daily, and other high protein meals didn’t provide as much mass gain as it would have you believe.Might work well for some people but I won’t be using it again.

This is the cheapest protein I've ever bought - I've tried the very expensive to the basic. They don't have a massive effect on me so this is why I went for this, its so cheap it wont really matter either way. At the very least its a lite meal to fill me up. I have it after workouts and in smoothies in the weekend.It doesn't mix great but if you make it into a slurry first its ok. I think this one makes me a bit windy, not 100% sure but others have claimed that and it seems to happen after I've taken it!

When purchasing similar products from high street stores weight/mass gainer of an equal nutrional value would work out about £30 per 1kg tub, this being £37 for a 4kg is amazing value, getting the same amount of a similar product would work out as £120 for the same size.I find the product goes down easier if you mix two shakes of about half the recommended intake per day, that way you get the same amount of powder but it's easier to mix and doesn't make you feel bloated.
