No spares are included . **Q: Would this tool work for planing down a cabinet to allow refrigerator fit?** A: Probably not. It has to cut along the grain to leave a smooth surface, so it needs to have the face or edge that it is cutting clear of obstructions at both ends. Trying to plane across the grain would probably result in tear outs, it can not reach the corners of cabinet opening because the spinning drum with cutting blades is set back from the front and back of the tools base. **Q: Can you purchase the onboard tool by itself?
