They come with 2 entrees, which are at least edible, a pack of crackers, two cookies (one oatmeal, one shortbread) peanut butter, strawberry jam, and a pack of unfrosted brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts (which are almost always fused together). Be warned it's a bit of a sodium bomb, and you will need some wau to heat them up, as they DO NOT comes with a ration heater like MREs do. The entrees need seasoning, but that's not hard to remedy. If you combine both entrees together, plus the crackers, crushed up, you end up with a meal that'll keep you full for several hours. As I said before, the entrees are BLAND, but passable. Overall? 10 days worth of food for roughly $40 USD? Not bad in the slightest. I'm living on a pretty tight budget, and these are a lifesaver.
