I am so amazed by this book and I also found Dr Terry on Facebook and Instagram and she always responded to my messages and is always there for you to help you. It's a relief to find a doctor who takes a holistic approach from than a pharmaceutical approach but it is still based in science ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Insighfull if you wanna avoid Accutane *by S***Z on 7 August 2022* If you have cystic acne and no clue about what can potentially cause it, this book is going to provide good information. Be aware that is very hand on and based on a trial an error approach. Some of the advice can be unrealistic, such as: do not stress, change jobs, etc, BUT if you really keep an eye on your diet and start to omitting certain food groups it can really point out to the cause. In my specific case it was caused by dairy and its derivatives what caused mine. I have increased my consuption of fruits and vegs, reduced sugars, taking care of my gut flora and this has been all.
