They are comfortable to wear and the sound quality is good. I like using them for listening to audio books. They connect to blue tooth very easily and with no issues. There is an instruction booklet provided but I didn't need it.The set comes with replacement covers for the earbuds and they are all of different sizes so you will definitely find a fit to suit you. There is also a charging lead supplied. I received the headphones as per promised time. The only problem was a missing charging cable. I tried to resolve this with amazon but there is no system for contacting the third party company to ask them to send a new cable. Amazon have promised to give me a slight refund to be able to get a new cable.It would have been better if the company could have sent me a cable direct.Meanwhile I have borrowed a cable from a friend and I have been able to charge the headphones.They seem to be working well. The headphones paired with my apple phone very easily. and the headphones are working well for making and receiving calls. I have not used them for listening to music yet. I can find the main control button easily by touch. Also I have yet to experiment with finding the best earbuds for me.So if it were not for the missing cable this product would have got a higher rating. It seems to me based on my limited usage that they are great value for money. I would based on limited usage highly recommend these headphones.There does need to be a system in place for small problems like a missing part. I did not want to send the headphones back and I did want to keep them. Amazon do not seem to have a system in place to contact the originating company to just replace the missing part.
