**Q: Is it good for mildly dirty oven?**
A: I bought it for another purpose for my trade. Just over the weekend I tried to clean the wire rack of my grill which had never been cleaned for 11 years. I found the carbon and grease deposits not easy to clean with steam and had to use a knife as well to clean it off. So I was not convinced from what is claimed. Maybe I don't know how to use it properly. The water reservoir I found too small. When the long hose is connected the body of the unit is unstable on worktop. I have yet to try to clean my car wheels with it. Hope this feedback helps.

**Q: Can you use this on inside of electric oven alot of people have said you carnt with other makes**
A: Yes, you CAN use it in the electric oven. Steam from this is no different from steam from your 
whatever ingredients you choose casserole. The oven's power supply is nowhere near the inside of the oven so there is no danger of electrocution. Plus the safety conscious person will isolate the cooker from the power supply, as in put the power switch on the wall box to OFF.

**Q: Does it have an attachment with a cloth that would enable to clean bathroom tiles?**
A: No but why not just wrap a microfibre cloth around one of the nozzles? There’s your cloth attachment!

A: Don’t buy this one not very good sent mine back

Bought to remove an 'impossible' to remove baked on grease stain from a stainless steel splash back. This is a stain that has benefited from hours of elbow grease and various cleaning products. All of which removed some, but nowhere near all of the stain.Until .... the Bissell Steam Shot. Within 2 minutes, it had gone. 100%. No damage to the splash back.This thing is ideal for cleaning range cookers, BBQs, etc.Use it with HG Grease Away and a stiff nylon brush (MR.SIGA) for best effect.The only thing I would say, is that it only generates about 5 minutes worth of steam. However, for most tasks, you want to spray, steam, scrub, wipe, repeat. So, it's probably enough between cups of tea/coffee.I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Perhaps I should have given this 5 stars as it works ok. But I was dissapointed that the steam did not clean as well as the adverts. Some marks and stains didn't budge and cleaning dirt from cracks was hit and miss. In my opinion, this is more likely due to the inadequacy of the steam process rather than the device.

I think this is my new favourite toy! Only used it for the cooker, countertops and some upholstery andso far and it hasn’t disappointed me. Oh, to have the stainless steel cooker streak free with minimal effort!About it being slippery, I rest it on a silicone pot holder-problem solved! As for steam production and how hot it is, I can only say that it is perfect for me.I only wish you could have a way to know when the water runs out.
