Review: Brilliant quality and very calming! - I was a bit worried about ordering as other reviews said "the fish didn't move around" and "it was rubbish" but im pleased I did. We set it up and its true the fish don't instantly move, however we mostly use it as a night lamp for our daughter, and she puts it on after school, as a sensory aid to help avoid meltdowns, and within a couple of days of using it our lamp works brilliant the fish bob up and down as they're meant to. The only negative thing I've found is the noise is quite loud so you can't really hear the water, and it doesn't come with a remote it just changes colour itself, this doesn't really bother us as we knock it off at the wall when not in use anyway.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How often do we you need to change the water**
A: depends upon the water in your area. if any direct sunshine in the room where used, every 4 weeks. If not then you may get 6 to 8 weeks. OR you could buy a 5 litre bottle of distilled (de-ionised) water from Halfords (other car parts shops are available). That should last several months

**Q: How do you clean the water from the tube seems big to just pour it out**
A: It’s recommended you use distilled water which we did. And we haven’t needed to change as yet. However would be easy to do as the lid of the top is easy to lift off and on.

**Q: Do you sell spare leads for this. I have the tube lost the lead**
A: Unfortunately as the manufacturer we do not produce/ sell spare parts including spare leads for this bubble lamp.

**Q: Some off my fish stilling  at the top**
A: Yes mine also does this, normally one will float around and the rest stay at the top! I do not have the answer but you are not the only one this happens to! 🧐

I was a bit worried about ordering as other reviews said "the fish didn't move around" and "it was rubbish" but im pleased I did. We set it up and its true the fish don't instantly move, however we mostly use it as a night lamp for our daughter, and she puts it on after school, as a sensory aid to help avoid meltdowns, and within a couple of days of using it our lamp works brilliant the fish bob up and down as they're meant to. The only negative thing I've found is the noise is quite loud so you can't really hear the water, and it doesn't come with a remote it just changes colour itself, this doesn't really bother us as we knock it off at the wall when not in use anyway.
