The functionality is good. The value is good. The only potentially negative thing that comes to mind is the cross bar on the floor that connects both sides. It seems that it is located in a bad place for my heals if I were to try to use this rack for squats. All parts, instructions and tools were provided and the assembly time for me personally was about 2 hours which might be a lot for some but it works. I have been using this squat and bench rack for about 3 weeks and the build quality feels great. It’s also simple to move around and adjust the width depending how much space you have in your home gym.
