Review: Had a good effort on me - I remember being knackered. Took 2 caps post workout and 2 caps 30 minutes before bed. It was like I gave my 'junk' some herbs. After going pee and heading down stairs my 'friend' was still revved up. When I've taken it in minimal amounts it has helped post recovery and the recovery while sleeping.
Review: seems to work for me - i am not using creatine as it gives me headaches and just an overall nauseas feeling.. i am also not consistent with my protein shakes either.. these pills seem to work for me as there are no side-effects besides the growth in muscle tissue.. i manage to lift heavier and have more energy. I have noticed because of that i finally have a soar chest which i haven't had in ages.. it seems to do the same for me that creatine used to do less the sides effects as described as above. i am aware that i will have better effects if i do take my protein shakes consistently.. i take 4 of these pills a day which i deem enough.. sometimes after breakfast or just before my workout.

I suffer from a number of illnesses and these result in lack of muscle strength. I recently had a number of blood tests, while in hospital, and these showed my overall protein levels to be low. I decided to add in extra protein, in the form of whey protein, into my diet as well as these BCAA tablets. The results have been staggering. I have more energy through the day and find my muscles no longer ache anywhere near as much at the end of the day. I tried cutting out the BCAA tablets and just taking the whey protein but found the results not as good. These really have made a difference. I am no bodybuilder but am finding that these really reduce my muscle fatigue. Just ordered my second lot. The only thing I will say is that I find that half the suggested dose works as well, for me, as the full dose. This also helps keep the cost down too.
