My son showed me how to lower the bags (I had some ziplock food bags) into the water to get the air out and we tested the machine. Well it worked fine. So I ordered these as they were ziplock type and reasonably priced compared to most! They appear to be very sturdy. Come in two sizes. They worked very well as sous vide bags. I don’t know yet if I will get full use out of the machine so still reluctant to purchase a vacuum sealer, but would definitely recommend these bags.
