I wasn't really getting anywhere fast and thought the item didnt really work.However I gave it another 2 days till my spots were obviously ready to squeeze (delightful thing to be talking about) and I decided to go onto you tube and from there I understood you needed to put quite a bit of presure for it to work.I am now a convert and found this very useful and hygeinic! Also found that the are around the spot wasnt red raw with squeezing so hard pushing all the skin and tissue around spot to push the pus out. I have previously had really dark red bruising from that.My advice is wait till your spot or pimple is really ready to be squeezed or it can be very uncomfortable and I would imagine it could risk scarring not so much from the instrument but from the presure you would have to put on it.
