Each day you take the normal pill and an extra one containing the specific extra nutrients for skin maintenance. Remember to take on full stomach. These arrived quickly and well packaged, may buy from vendor again or on subscription if I can find cheaper price. Shopping around for perfectil is fairly easy, but the specialist versions ie skin, hair, tan etc are harder to find.
