I have been using this for some time now and my hamster seems to like it. I use it in conjunction with a sawdust pack - this is used as a base for his bed with shredded paper added for bulk and warmth. The sawdust covers the rest of his floor. He seems to like this arrangement. It smells pleasant and does him no harm.

Good product
I use this product all the time. It works very well. But I found that it is quite costly if you have a large cage and have to cover all the floor with it . I have two potties now which works out much better.

it is good quality and lasts along time in the cage
Don't use too much of it in your pets cage as it will get chews up and eventually expand. I've had to take out so much of the bedding (it was only a thin layer when I put it into my hamsters cage). But other then tgat, it is good quality and lasts along time in the cage.

Good value
Our rather large Syrian hamster has an allergy to sawdust and over cleans himself. This is perfect. Hasn't been irritating him at all and he loves to bury himself in it. A little goes a long way.

Not as good as other brands
Used for our 2 guinea pigs, I have used a similar brand and decided to try this as it was a bit cheaper. Definitely prefer the other brand as it kept our pigs smelling fresher for a bit longer, it also seemed to fill the cage more.

Better than wood shavings
I love care fresh bedding I have been using it since I had my gerbils my gerbils love it as I find shavings smell very quickly but with care fresh I find it doesn't

Terrible price if you're buying it for 2 guinea pigs in an RSPCA recommended size cage. Be ok for a little hamster bed.

Superbe litiere elle est très absorbante,elle dure longtemps, il y a pas trop de poussières,mes hamsters sans sert pour faire leur nid dans le chanvre, je l'ais commandé et 2 jours après je l'ais reçu

Schon meine zweite Bestellung und nach wie vor keine Enttäuschung. Sieht auch optisch schön aus, wenn man die bunte Einstreu etwas mischt.Der Käfig stinkt nicht und es erfüllt seinen Zweck.
