However, when a bag is a little bigger, I put it in place with the top over the rim of the bin and then push the excess into the hole so that the bag top fits neatly, before putting on the lid part of the bin. That ensures a secure fit of the lining so that it doesn't slip down when the bin is in use. It's a practical aspect of the design. **Q: Can this be mounted on a cupboard door** A: No you can’t fix it to a cupboard door , I lifted the handle to hang but you wouldn’t be able to open the lid for scraping food into. **Q: It says it comes with 4 x bin bags.
