I text on my phone whilst it is in the holder, i play games, i read books, watch shows and although it shakes a bit whwn im texting or playing games, there is no danger of it falling out. It is great and i am so glad i did not listen to the reviews that were saying that this was not very stable because they were not accurate at all.
