I love Irish soda bread and this is a fine product. the bread tastes very good. My only slight reservation is the kneading process was difficult as the bread mixture was very sticky but i suspect that was because I didn't get the mix quite right in terms of composition.  As a non chef i feel very proud about making my own bread...and so easily!

Great flour makes great bread. I have been making bread for a while and I have to say that this flour is the best. it makes a great loaf which is quite different to your "normal" loaf whether it is white or brown. The texture of this loaf is lovely and crumbly although it depends what you put in it. On Youtube  some people put butter and milk in. Some put nuts and fruit in as well, I must try that. Give it a try you will love it.
