A: 450cm, any other size is useless if you want any sort of support. I bought both sizes.

**Q: Which size is appropriate for an adult**
A: 255cm fits my hands, my coach has shown me how to wrap my hands including my wrists so you can amend depending you wrists size

**Q: Are these aba regulated?**
A: According to AIBA Adidas hand wraps are not approved Since 2018. https://www.aiba.org/licensees/
