The bottom back bar is straight and not as sturdy as the one in the picture which is bent down at the ends. When I complained the person I spoke to said these swings are a nightmare! Started off with tools supplied but speeded assembly up using a small socket as well. My wife and grandchildren are enjoying using the swing and my daughter is now under pressure to buy one..
