Step 1 – Attach the panel & fabric Flatten the sticky panel onto the fabric and peel away the edges of the kiss cut panel and place the fabric on top, removing creases. Then cut away any excess fabric. Step 2 – Cover epoxy rings with adhesive Using the centre of the red tape, cover both the rings in tape and push the tape around and behind firmly, then unravel the red backing. Step 3 – Roll & attach fabric & rings Carefully rotate the rings together equally at the same time, making sure they are tight and firm against the fabric, as close to the edges as possible. When folded, gently push using your fingers without using too much pressure Step 4 – Tuck in fabric for smooth finish Using the finisher tool, fold over any excess fabric so it overlaps over the wire and allow the adhesive to set. When the panel makes a ‘click’ during this point that’s a good sign! Thank you** A: It most certainly would! The PVC liner is flame retardant and providing you only apply the covering to the outside face of the shade, wall paper will be fine. **Q: Could I use watered down matt emulsion on this if im painting it? Cant find correct colour in acyrilic. Thanks.** A: It was a little while ago since I used the kit but I think the outer side of the kit was a glossy plastic that you peeled off to stick to the material. Even if you didn't peel off the covering I don't think paint would coat the material. **Q: Do you sell bell shaped lamp shade kits ?** A: I'm afraid not Mrs H.
