Its just a ring that has a thread which will accept filters, extra lenses etc. Review: Expensive - For a simple bit of plastic, it is over priced but it’s the only one that will retain the TG7’s waterproof function under water with the teleconverter. A pro explains in a video why you need to use this over a metal one to protect your main lens and body. I have just checked the Olympus UK website and despite finding the navigation clumsy, I found that under the listing for this adapter it shows compatibility with the TG-6. This is what I expected and what would make eminent common sense but I have learned the hard way that it is always better to check.
