Directions Women experiencing menopausal symptoms: Take one tablet daily. This product is not suitable for those under 18 years of age. For oral use only. Don't take more than the recommended dose. I tried other Sage products, like Piping Rock, etc. for excessive sweating, most likely due to post menopause symptoms, & this by far is the best. After about 2 weeks, I would not only sweat less (& this includes while I sleep too) but also fell asleep faster than I can ever remember &, extra benefit - no monkey mind at bedtime, which is an amazing effect!!! I recommend this highly for any woman who experiences Hot Flashes, Sweats profusely & has an overactive mind when she tries to sleep.The only problem is the product is not always available so if it works for you, stock up. I don’t know why they make the glass bottle larger than the 30 small tablets, but, it could be because they also make a 90 day supply, so maybe they use just one size bottle for all quantities.
