However I trusted the seller when they said it would do the job - in fact it moulds to either shape as the fabric is neoprene and so nicely pads the speaker as well. I especially liked the clip at the side which means I don't lose the thing in the depths of a bag. If I had one comment to make regarding a personal improvement, it would be that the fit was so snug that there was no room for the (very) mini charging leadmight would have liked to keep that in the same case so it's always on hand if needed. It's only a minor point though, all in all this is a great case at a good price.
