I needed something for a solar powered system and the pump store didn't have the solar experience..so I was on my own. My well head is only ten feet and 60 deep, so I didn't need as much power as these, so I had to partially close off a flow valve to stop the PVC from pounding. I wanted the outlet plug originally for debug of the system, but am direct wiring them now that it works. My local plumber and hardware's store couldn't believe the low cost, and function..now they're both sourcing these.
