The quality seems good although the zip is only single stitched and does not look 'heavy duty'. Only time will tell if this proves to be an issue and it depends on how hard the vets will be used. For my purposes it should be fine.Edit: the phone pocket holds my Samsung Galaxy A3 just fine. It is only the really big phones that will not fit. I mean the ones that are almost a tablet. So for most people this will not an issue.Regarding sizing I would say that the large I ordered is exactly large. But considering this will go over coats / biker jackets / whatever I feel it could have been a little more generous. I suspect under a heavy winter coat it will be a little tight. But again, I didn't want to drop a star because the item was strictly correct, even if the use of the item would dictate something a little oversize.Regarding value: this is my first hi-vis vest purchase so I cannot really compare. It is much better than the ones provided by the organisation who dictate I wear one. For the price the item seems well made.
