**Q: Anyone tried these strings on an electric/acoustic hybrid (e.g. Taylor T5z) with mag pickups?**
A: Yes - I have a Fleetwood with a piezo AND a Lloyd Baggs, and the response is a little better because of them leaning towards nickel ...

**Q: are those strings the "smooth wounding" type (I don't know the proper name!)..? ie. the bass strings are less noisy when sliding fingers on them**
A: No. They're standard wound strings. They are worth trying as they produce a lovely sound on my acoustic guitars

**Q: These strings say they are stronger.  is the action tighter than other d'dario acoustic strings**
A: I regard the D'Addario Nickle Bronze as one of the best set of strings. I use the 11/52 and the 10/47 Custon Light Guage on my Acoustic Guitars and on the Fender Strat, I use the excellent D'Addario NYXL.  With either type you can play as Fearlessly as you please.. They  are a quality set of strings for sound and clarity.

A: Don't understand what the question is. I bought these strings for my acoustic (EKO) guitar and am very happy with them.
