Review: Love it, it's perfect ! - I wanted a brew that replicated one from home in a mug an this hits the spot. I bought this for cold mornings waiting for car to thaw out. So I can sit an have a brew in the car whilst engine is running. Today I took the brew to work with me about 10-15 min drive an it was still lovely and hot when I got to work. Its not to keep things hot for long periods of time but for me this is perfect With regards to leakage it was pretty full an nothing spilled from the silicone cover during my 15 min car journey and it tasted exactly like a brew at home.
Review: A very good mug - It's quite heavy even when empty. Apart from that it's great! It keeps my tea warm and the lid is easy to get on and off.

**Q: I haven't received order despite tracking indocatres it was handed to me?**
A: So sorry to read about this, the same thing happened to me, but it was delivered to my neighbor 2 doors down, who was about at the time of delivery. It will be worth asking around your neighbors.

**Q: Is it really double walled? Does it have pressure release hole at the bottom?**
A: I can’t recall if it was advertised as double walled when I purchased which was some time ago. However, looking at it it’s not obvious if it is. It feels like solid ceramic (like a jug or regular mug). There is a rubber bung on the base but I had assumed this was to provide non slip

**Q: Does it have a rubber grip to prevent your hands from burning?**
A: No. It came as the picture shows. No rubber grip

**Q: Does it have a rubber stopper on the hole at the bottom of the cup?**
A: There is a rubber stopper but the hole doesn't go right through the mug anyway.  Presumably it's there because of the double wall construction, but the rubber bung fits really tightly and the hole has no impact on usage.
