I have not regretted a penny I have spent on these magic gems.I take one a day and trust me, to keep a cold sore at bay, I remember to take them.This year (2017) I have had one but the breakout was very mild. I still used the usual creams (Zovirax type) but there was no swelling. Plus, I upped to two pills for two to three days.The pills are large but again, to keep a coldsore alway, I’m happy to choke on them occasionally.
