## Questions & Answers

**Q: How long does the 20ml spray last - I'm just using it twice a day?**
A: I can’t tell you exactly how many days it lasts but it does last a long time & brings relief in the hay fever season which for me is pretty much 12 months of the year!!

**Q: I was wondering when you spray this in the nostrils do you inhale like the corticosteroids or is it more like sinus.nasal rinse that runs back out ?**
A: I do tend to give a bit of a sniff so that it reaches right inside at the top. I sometimes give three or four sprays.

**Q: Does this product have a protective seal to know it’s not been used before?**
A: No protective seal. It comes in a box.

**Q: How long does this keep after opening?  I can't find any info.**
A: The expiry date stamped on mine gives it a shelf life of two years after I purchased it. I'm not aware of any reason why opening the spray should shorten the shelf life. As long as you reseal it after use it should keep just fine. If you want to be extra safe, store it in the fridge.
