Needs better heat packs *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 March 2017* Brilliant idea . I have jaw pain . It was excellent for this , being able to use your hands still . Only reason I'm not giving five stars is , the heat packs you get with it did not last long before they leaked . I did not notice at first because you have to dampen the wrap for moist heat for jaw pain . They are now in the bin and I have had to buy better ones . This has made the wrap very expensive ! The face caddy is convenient but I would not recommend using it immediately after jaw surgery, as the tightness and pressure of the caddy is very uncomfortable in the first couple of days after surgery because of swelling.
