This Big Joe is PERFECT. Keeps her out of the water (other than small puddles where she stands or sits which help keep her cool) and allows her to lay down and get comfortable for our pool days. The top fabric is holding up great against her little razor nails that pick everything, except this! It dries super fast, and doubles as a comfy outdoor bed for when she wants to lay by the pool instead. She wants to be where we are no matter what, and this is her new favorite option to stay close to her fam. I will say our girl has a bit more balance on the water than probably most pups since she lives on a boat most of the time, and is more confident getting on and off floating things - some pups might feel a little wobbly on it getting on and off and moving around, but if they settle on it, it’s sturdy.This has the added bonus of having a nice sturdy handle we can attach a lead tie to if we take it to the boat for floating or a napping place on deck where you wouldn’t have to worry about sea spray getting it.The humans also love it, when not in use by the pup, it’s great for laying over, and while a full grown adult has some trouble sitting on it, it makes for a great game.
