I'm glad that it has foil on the inside. I can't imagine cloth (like a lot of others) would do well against fire... Since it's expandable, all of my documents and whatever holds my documents fits well. No worry about edges being crumpled. All in all, it's a sturdy product and doesn't feel cheap.
