Luckily i never had any bad pieces in my order. Taste-wise, quite nice - not too heavy with seasoning, so these are mild. There were a couple of big clumped together bits, which tasted just fine. And for anyone wondering about these stabbing your gums - maybe try not putting too many bits in your mouth at once. Only gripe is the bag they come in isn't exactly airtight.
