You don't need to undo the weight and fill it with sand or something else because it comes prefilled.The product is quick and easy to put together and does function quite well. Just remember to have enough clear space surrounding you and to give the weight a good horizontal throw, so it starts moving along the track before commencing your hula hooping. Lots of fun to be had and with the added benefit of it being exercise too.Even with clear surrounding space.
