As with the CS-DPRB-14, the 3rd/4th Generation Ram Adjustable Track Bar now features a replaceable 7/8", Teflon lined FK Uniball at the upper, frame connection. The housing for the uniball is welded to the 3/8" DOM bar; then a laser cut strap gusset wraps the uniball cup for strength. At the axle side of the track bar, you'll find a custom, serviceable, Urethane-captured spherical joint with a Carli-specific durometer bushing that will maximize both the life of the urethane and steering feel. There is no more welded-in bung, the 3/8" DOM is threaded to accept the rod end with its machined Jam-nut. This captured bushing ensures the bushing remains preloaded; thus, the life of the bushing is no longer dependent on the amount of crush provided by the torque on the bracket set by the installer. This adjustable track bar is a must for any Dodge 2500/3500 4x4 suffering from wandering steering or with an aftermarket lift. The track bar will center the axle side to side and ensure proper suspension geometry. The track bar will also give a tighter feel to the front end by eliminating the O.E.M rubber bushings. Included with each track bar are all required spacers, crush sleeves, and shims to fit each specific vehicle's stock hardware. On one end is a custom pre-loaded rod end that features a spherical bushing/ball arrangement that offers articulation and rigidity with an improved service life over other styles of bushing. On the opposite end is an heavy duty F.K. Uniball bearing for maximum strength and life-span. A laser-cut gusset surrounds the uniball welded cup to ensure that this track bar will be the last you ever buy.
