You get about a years worth of use. Lasts long enough for everyday use. **Q: Is it suitable if you have perforated drums** A: You would need to check with your doctor, as if it is perforated you should not put anything in your ear in my opinion. **Q: Why is this clear and not yellow,like other olive oil drops ?** A: The oil has been refined and cleaned so it can go inside your ear canal. It has added chemicals to act against infection. You can put olive oil in your ear if you want. It would do no harm. I prefer this as it is more hygienic. I also use the swim oil spray for scuba diving as it fights ear infection from water. **Q: what is the use by date please on these two bottles** A: The only date indication seems to be on the lid which reads β€œDom 2019/12 and WO49175 2022/12” whatever they mean.
