The roll is too big to fit in my FoodSaver device, but duh, I expected that when I ordered a 50' roll. I used the core from an old roll and split it in half, making two rolls out of it. The only differences I noticed between this roll and the original FoodSaver rolls are: 1- This one doesn't have the white area to write the date and contents on the sealed bags. My Sharpie had no problem marking elsewhere on the bag. 2- The plastic film is a little thinner than the original, which doesn't seem to affect it's sealing ability. Leave enough slack to make sure the bag doesn't wrinkle on the sealer's edge, and prevent the seal area from getting wet or greasy, by folding over a few inches before loading the bag. If done properly, it won't leak. Bottom line is, I got very good product at a discount price, delivered as promised.
