Use 1.6 litres of water to 500g of Lentils. In a pressure cooker. Bring up to pressure for 5-10 minutes. Then natural release. Nice soupy, mushy consistency. You can always add water at this point, if required. If cooking without pressure probably 20-30 minutes. I don’t know.
