I now have a young Bearded Collie who won't go at all except when on leash and then sometimes not even then! So when the wind is whistling and the rain pouring down I use a 1g suppository and he gets the job done quickly! My only disappointment is they are hard to handle, slipping out of my hand and when a long haired dog is fidgeting it can be hard! In days gone past I used to use suppositories that were of a rigid type. So much easier to use, dogs didn't mind them and if I ever find some like that I would change.
