**Q: Can hammock be washed in washing machine?**
A: I never tried as I keep it inside when not in use which is a easy 2 min removing and attaching it when needed

**Q: The description says it's 144" and later says it's 114" long.  Which is it?**
A: Hi, it's 114" long. We double checked our edit page, we never provided "144", we don't know where the Amazon system retrieved the incorrect data. We have tried to update the number. Thank you!

**Q: Can you remove the bug net and bars?**
A: Bars can be removed. They are thin fiberglass, like tent poles that clip together. They tend to remove themselves. They slip into heavy woven (strap like) nylon sleeves which I close up a little with a lighter, melting the opening closed a little.

The net though can't be. I flip the hammock around when I just want to lounge on it

**Q: How can I get a replacement of the stretch support? I think it arrived broken, the stretch string just pulled apart. I can pay for it if needed...?**
