The heavy pan looks and feels exactly like the traditional one we brought over from the Netherlands and so it is indestructible and works perfectly. A recipe for poffertjes mix is included, but it is pretty straightforward and can be found online as well. It’s not a cheap pan, given that you probably won’t use it on a daily basis.
