Delivered late though ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hefty lump *by M***T on 30 March 2021* I resently got an old contain that needed a new hasp so I purchased this. It feels pretty well made from nice think steel, weighting in at around 5kg. It was a bit of a faff to fit, I think this is mostly because my container is an old one, It required a 10mm shim behind the stemple side to make it close up tight enough to get my lock to fit, not wanted to leave a week point I used a full 7"Γ—4" lump of 10mm bar. Perhaps a smaller lock would have fitted ok but that seems to defeat the objective of a heavy duty hasp. It also required some packing on the bots as the lined up very tight to the weld line of the door frame. I used 50mm of steal pipe as a washer so I could get the nuts on, not ideal but it has worked ok. And finally am not sure why it has the curved edge on the box section this seem to expose the lock more that necessary, and isn't the point of these hasps are to cover the lock to protect it?
