It would charge sporadically. At first you kind of question yourself thinking "did I plug it in or not?". It would charge the pods, but the case itself wouldn't accept a charge, so when the case hit's 0%, you can no longer charge your pods. And maybe you'll get lucky later in the day or the next day and it decides to work again.Every product, no matter who or what it is, will have an occasional dud. I don't like to write bad reviews. I'm not sure that I've written any bad reviews on Amz. I contacted seller with my problem, and they got back to me giving me this convoluted way of saying it was fulfilled by Amz so I need to contact customer service blah blah blah. But the return window was closed. And the instructions they gave were tedious and convoluted. I replied back and told them this and just asked them to go into my order number and hit refund, or mail me a replacement (and I would gladly send my old one back of course) and I'd be happy. And they gave me the same convoluted instructions.Sometimes you get a dud. What you do about it shows what kind of company you are.
