I would suffer a lot of stress and anxiety and would not be able to calm down for bed time and go sleep peacefully. This scent makes me go to sleep like a baby through the night. Not only me but my kids who share my bed sleep nicely too. Before we would all wake up in middle of the night one crying, another kicking legs, like few year old do and me looking at my phone from middle on night onwards. I put this oil on myself after shower like any other oil. From my research this oil also boost immune system , helps against respiratory illnesses, contains skin softening ingredients, calms down and helps body and mind to relax.
