I love that they sell refill pouches which is something that the other expensive brand didn't. Saves me having to throw away the container every time I make another order. Review: Hair Genetics hair fibres has given me my confidence back. - My hair has become quite thin in places but these hair fibres are great at disguising this. I choose Hair Genetics medium brown colour hair fibres and it matches my hair colour really well. I pour the refill pack into a former container which has a sprinkler top. The refill pack is great value for money and lasts a long time. I wash and style my hair then sprinkle the hair fibres where I can see my scalp. It really helps to make my hair look thicker and hides the bald spots. I then use hairspray to keep my style on place. It washes out when you next wash your hair or you can brush it out, or just rinse it out before bed. If left in overnight it will leave some hair fibres on your pillow but I don't find that much of a problem. Take a knife and ease the blade into that line and wiggle. It's a faff because it's tight. But the perforated part slides out from the tube. BE CAREFUL NOT TO SLICE A FINGER OFF! I have topped my existing tub many many times. A great way to save a few quid and avoid waste. **Q: Does it work with afro curly hair and will it look natural** A: Any good quality hair fibre product will work on all types of hair. First style your hair but do not use any hair products. Then use the fibres on thinning areas. Fix your hair again to the desired style and use a good quality hair spray to seal the product. If you haven’t used this before you’re better off getting this stuff in the shaker. It works wonders on building up hair fibres. As long as there are some strands of hair you are able to cover over thin or balding patches to make it look like almost a full head of hair. I use it to cover two little bald spots on my scalp that I got when I banged my head when I was younger. This stuff covers it and you can’t see the patches at all. I used to use the toppik product which is virtually the same but slightly better quality as it doesn’t tend to “clump” into little bits as much as this one. The price though is far better.
