Measuring 67cm x 40cm and with a strong base made from high grade stainless steel. Strong stainless steel ash tray with the inserted charcoal grate at 7mm stainless bar. The ash tray has a lip affixed to the front measuring approximately 70mm to prevent ash from falling on to the caterer. The heavy duty charcoal grate locks in to the tray allowing approximately 50mm of air flow for the coals underneath. The gap in between the charcoal bars is only 20mm. Lovely looking kit which has been designed and built to last. N.B Bricks not included. Review: Brilliant. - Now I have used this set, I can safely say it is excellent quality. Some have said the stainless coal panel in the bottom warped when they first used it. So did mine, but what do you expect? I had a look underneath that panel whilst it was cooking and it was red hot and wasn't really bothered that it warped slightly. It ticked every box when I came to clean all parts afterward. They came up nice and clean with no damage. Make sure you get a good wire BBQ cleaning brush and don't use anything too strong chemical wise to clean it and it'll last for ages. Definitely don't put any of it in a dish washer. Whilst it's very good stainless steel, anything will rust in a salty dishwasher! Don't worry too much about the instructions on how to build the BBQ. Whilst they are a good guide, I actually found I had the wrong sized bricks for mine (left over from a new drive way). You do need standard house bricks. I just put mine together with no mortar and carefully gave it a try. Since using it I have mortared it together, but added a warming rack higher up and a few ledges for beer and tools here and there. Make sure you interlock the sides to the back and if you have time you could even use wall ties to make the job bomb proof. I ended up using 194 brick to build mine with the additions I decided on. Very very satisfied. It only needs 2 each side per level. I have done that with my barbq for over 20 years. I use loose stacked paving bricks in mine. Simple to do and uncomplicated. **Q: Can you use block paving bricks to build the barbecue** A: Should be ok, I used 15 inch x 6 inch x 6 inch blocks on mine. The heat doesn’t really affect the stone as most of the heat is at the base of the tray. I didn’t even mortar them as the weight held them together just fine. **Q: Is the grill solid stainless steel or just plated?** A: Solid stainless steel. Both grill and grate. **Q: Does this kit comes with bricks and how many box of bricks** A: No it doesn't come with bricks. Also it advises you to turn the bricks at right angles to support the tray and grills but this looks unsightly from the outside. No support brackets are supplied and we used bent tent pegs in the end, buried in the mortar to rest the trays.
