Free delivery on eligible orders of £20 or more. Review: Great for certain jobs. - Bought this to secure loft boarding to the rafters, and it does the job perfectly. The boards are 20mm thick, and I’m using the 35mm pins (you can’t really call them nails, as the are quite thin and there is no head as such). Nearly all go straight in, although a few need a single thump with a hammer, but these are the ones where I didn’t/couldn’t push down on the gun. These 'nails' have no head, so you’re not going to lever them out with a claw hammer, therefore I would only use this gun on certain jobs. You can’t rely on the head to hold something in place, but maybe the staples will in those circumstances. So far I’ve fired around 100 nails and there have been no jams. The gun itself is not as heavy as one would expect. 10/10 for ease of use. 10/10 for time/labour saving. Review: excelent value for money compared to rivals - A bit difficult to find the proper position for firing the nails/stapples. Unless you press firmly onto the unit while firing, the staple would protrude 1-2 mm from the surface. Otherwise nice and smooth. Would recomend improving the safety. I believe that a secondary part in the fire buton (as other manifacturers do) would greatly improve the safety. The on/of at rear helps, but is not the most logical solution to me. The value for money is excellent. However, not my experience end with firing nails and staples to just test the capabilities of the tool, no serious load yet. ## Features - Upgraded version of UK's best selling corded electric nail gun - Fires Tacwise 91 Type narrow crown staples 15-30mm, Tacwise 180 type nails 15-35mm - Offered as a bundle with a 180 Nail Selection Pack (15-30mm nails) and a 91 Staple Selection Pack (15-30mm staples). - Upgraded "S" model now with flip open nose feature - Also incoorporates a professional magazine with a quick release system for fast/easy reloading ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00ID7AFX4 | | Batteries Required? | No | | Batteries included? | No | | Capacity description | Full Strip | | Certification | certified frustration-free | | Colour | Black, Red | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars (230) | | Date First Available | 7 Feb. 2014 | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Weight | 998 g | | Item model number | 1214 | | Manufacturer | Tacwise | | Material | Rubber | | Part Number | 1214 | | Power Source | Corded-electric | | Product Dimensions | 0.99 x 0.99 x 0.99 cm; 997.9 g | | Style | 191ELS + Nails & Staples | | Voltage | 230 Volts | | Wattage | 1500 watts | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Tacwise - **Colour:** Black, Red - **Material:** Rubber - **Number of fasteners:** 91 - **Style:** 191ELS + Nails & Staples ## Images ![Tacwise 191ELS Nail / Staple Gun with 180 Nail Selection Pack & 91 Staple Selection Pack (Bundle Pack) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/410faRK8ADL.jpg) ![Tacwise 191ELS Nail / Staple Gun with 180 Nail Selection Pack & 91 Staple Selection Pack (Bundle Pack) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41B9CkBFfVL.jpg) ![Tacwise 191ELS Nail / Staple Gun with 180 Nail Selection Pack & 91 Staple Selection Pack (Bundle Pack) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Q9c6hAp8L.jpg) ![Tacwise 191ELS Nail / Staple Gun with 180 Nail Selection Pack & 91 Staple Selection Pack (Bundle Pack) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41v-JBbAysL.jpg) ![Tacwise 191ELS Nail / Staple Gun with 180 Nail Selection Pack & 91 Staple Selection Pack (Bundle Pack) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51VQcdqLIeL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for certain jobs. *by I***L on 17 March 2018* Bought this to secure loft boarding to the rafters, and it does the job perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised that I had no problem shooting the nails between the 2 pieces of pine making light work of building my rack, it truly was a real time saver and I'm glad I made the purchase! Just to defend the gun on other comments people have made about it jamming, I may have been lucky but I shot maybe 100 - 150 nails without any jamming or problems. Only one nail didn't quite go into the wood properly but I was holding the gun at a funny angle with one hand so completely my fault so as per some other reviews, it's key to hold the gun firmly against the workpiece as you pull the trigger or the recoil will cause the nail or staple not to fully deploy. My final comment would be that it's disappointing it doesn't come with any kind of plastic box to store it in the garage, mine is still in the kitchen until I find something suitable. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/48648134-tacwise-191els-nail-staple-gun-with-180-nail-selection-pack](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/48648134-tacwise-191els-nail-staple-gun-with-180-nail-selection-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
