I've cut my finger just getting it out of the cupboard. Bought it for slicing stones out of mangos and does a reasonably good job if not too ripe, but there will be some waste. Not keen on the chipper as it's not easy to get the cut potato out of the sharp blades without the possibility of causing injury. Tried the apple slicer and although it works well, lots of waste with the core so I prefer cutting by hand.
