Excellent book, very good for beginners. Bought for my granddaughter as had previously bought for elder granddaughter, so easy to follow with some lovely pattern ideas to try and make, which both granddaughters have already done and excitedly talking about their next projects. I bough this for my Grand daughter who asked for a sewing machine for her 10th birthday. I wish I had read it before buying the toy machine that she requested. It recommends a full size machine. There are lots of simple projects to try and would suit an adult beginner as well as a child.
